Any one Officer can welcome a Recruit. After marking them welcomed here, give them the Recruits role in Discord as usual. The website never changes Discord roles.
Approvals & votes
Routine calls need two Officers · big ones go to a Small Council vote · Officer ranks, the Code and guild structure wait for the Warlord. Opening a request counts as your yes. Approved rank changes are applied in Discord by an Officer; the site picks up the new rank on the member's next visit.
